These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the products and services provided by Bula Boil Fiji (“Bula Boil Fiji”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Bula Boil Fiji is a food and seafood business specializing in freshly prepared meals, seafood boils, catering trays, and related food products. These Terms apply to all purchases made through our website, social media platforms, messaging services, telephone orders, and in-person transactions.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order with Bula Boil Fiji, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
- You are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Bula Boil Fiji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received and confirmation has been issued by Bula Boil Fiji.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before order preparation unless alternative arrangements have been expressly approved by Bula Boil Fiji.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders where payment authorization is declined or cannot be verified.
5. Product Information
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, due to the nature of freshly prepared food products:
- Product presentation may vary from photographs.
- Portion sizes may vary slightly.
- Ingredient availability may require substitutions of equal or greater value.
Bula Boil Fiji reserves the right to modify products, ingredients, packaging, and menu offerings without prior notice.
6. Food Safety and Allergens
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:
- Shellfish
- Seafood
- Fish
- Dairy
- Eggs
- Wheat
- Soy
- Nuts
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for notifying us before placing an order.
While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens due to shared preparation and handling environments.
7. Delivery and Collection
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
Upon delivery or collection, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer.
Bula Boil Fiji shall not be liable for delays, losses, or deterioration of products resulting from:
- Incorrect delivery information
- Customer absence or unavailability
- Failure to promptly refrigerate or consume products
- Adverse weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Events beyond our reasonable control
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations, refunds, and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
As a general rule:
- Orders cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment time may qualify for a refund.
- Returns are not accepted for perishable food products.
- Refunds or replacements may be offered in cases involving incorrect, damaged, missing, or compromised items.
All claims must be submitted promptly and supported by relevant evidence, including photographs where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Bula Boil Fiji, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Branding
- Product names
- Photographs
- Graphics
- Marketing materials
- Website content
is the exclusive property of Bula Boil Fiji and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bula Boil Fiji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- The purchase or consumption of our products;
- Delays in delivery or fulfillment;
- Product availability;
- Customer misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected order.
11. Force Majeure
Bula Boil Fiji shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather events
- Public health emergencies
- Utility interruptions
- Transportation disruptions
- Government actions or restrictions
12. Privacy
Customer information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and business operations.
Bula Boil Fiji will not sell or knowingly disclose customer information to third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete a transaction.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fiji.
14. Amendments
Bula Boil Fiji reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication through our official communication channels.
